How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favourite products to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please contact us at hello@johas.shop as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel orders if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
How do I know if my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your junk or promotions folder.
Shipping
Do you ship within Australia?
Yes, we do.
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD for orders under $125 AUD. Free for orders $125 AUD and over (3–8 business days)
- Priority Shipping: $2.95 AUD (2–5 business days)
- Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD (1–3 business days, next business day for most metro areas)
- Please allow extra time for deliveries to regional or remote areas.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes, we do.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide
- $35 AUD flat rate for orders under $350 AUD
- Free shipping for orders over $350 AUD
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery estimates are based on the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Are sale items refundable?
No. Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Is there a fee for returns?
Yes. A $5 processing fee is deducted from refunds to cover handling and administration costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I request a return?
Email hello@johas.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Not at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return your order for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure system. Johas does not store your full payment information.
Promotions & Discounts
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your purchase. Only one code can be used per order.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
No. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes apply to full-priced items only.
What is the Welcome Offer?
Our Welcome Offer is valid for one use only, applies to full-priced items, and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Johas digital gift cards are available and make a perfect gift.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout by entering the unique code provided in your confirmation email. The amount will be applied to your order total.
Can gift cards be used more than once?
Yes. If the balance is not used in full, the remaining amount can be applied to future purchases until the card expires.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Johas gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code?
Yes. Gift cards act as a payment method and can be used in combination with eligible promotions or discount codes.
