Refund policy

We want you to love your Johas pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

·        You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

·        Returned items must be:

o   Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

o   With all original tags and packaging.

·        Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


2. Exclusions

·        Sale items and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.

·        Gift cards are non-refundable.

·        For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as socks, hair accessories, or undergarments) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


3. Refunds

·        Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

·        A $5 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and administration costs.

·        Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

·        At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund (where eligible) and place a new order. Otherwise email us at hello@johas.shop.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@johas.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


6. How to Request a Return

1.     Contact our customer care team at hello@johas.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2.     Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

3.     Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
